A) Recruitment Management Software:
A multiuser system used by our recruiters to search our extensive databank of CVs. Highlights include integration with CVs applied online, automated parser, multiple criteria search etc.

B) Our databank Our databank consists of over 2 lakhs profiles across all technologies, skills, positions, and functions. Volume increased day by day Searching in Databank through our RMS software. Automatic updated CV mail request sent once in 120 days CV's through references and contacts.
C) Our HR team
Our team comprises of dynamic professionals who have extensive experience in IT as well as Non IT recruitment. Supported by our technical team of software professionals in the short listing process .They are constantly updated with knowledge in contemporary HR practices and technologies which help us to have a sustained growth in quality and efficiency of our services.
D) Screening Process
RMS enables quick search to identify candidates based on skills, locations, work experience, academic qualification, and technical certification and compensation. Our HR team will validate the CV's for its integrity and check for applicant's interest before sending to clients. Our team does this screening process to identify applicants that exactly fit the client's requirements.
E) Placement procedure
As soon as a requirement is received, we will conduct the screening process as stated above. Having sourced the suitable candidates and with their acknowledgment on willingness, readiness and availability for a given requirement, we will send the profiles to the clients. On receiving clients' approval, interview slots are fixed and the candidates are sent on the respective dates. Upon completion of the selection procedures, the client / candidate communicate the status to us. After the applicants joining, we raise the invoice for the agreed placement charges.
F) Follow up process
Feedback from clients is sought at various stages to customize our recruitment process.
